This is exactly where Freddy’s SmileBox was born: in care facilities participating in the AlltagsLächeln project, supported by the freddy fischer foundation.

What is AlltagsLächeln?
A heartfelt project that brings residents more joy, physical activity, and self-expression—through yoga, qigong, creative workshops, music, outings, and, above all, genuine connection. It’s not just about keeping people occupied, but about dignity, participation, and being seen.

It all started with a cardboard “smile” display – and from that grew Freddy’s SmileBox: a small box with a big meaning.

It stands for:
